Our organisation strongly believes in the enrichment and investment in our workforce, providing staff and clients with additional benefits.
We operate within a range of industry sectors, facilitating the specific contractual needs of our clients. For example where it is a requirement we provide safeguarding training to staff working within sectors where potential contact with vulnerable groups may occur.
The training provided will teach employees to fully understand the different types of abuse or neglect. Employees will be provided with information on how to identify signs of abuse or neglect and what to look for. They will be informed of what steps to take should they suspect abuse and what to do if they are aware of any abuse taking place. The content of the course has been independently certified as conforming to the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) guidelines, and on completion of the course, trainees will be awarded with a Virtual College certificate.
